Opening hours

The nursery is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, but is closed on Bank Holidays. We also close on the days between Christmas and New Year. No charge is made for these days.

Fees

Fees for each site are available on request by contacting the nursery manager at Long Itchington or Rugby.

Fees are fully inclusive of day care from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, including mid-morning snack, two-course lunch and tea.

Half-day sessions are either 8:00 am to 1:00 pm including lunch or from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm including tea.

Fees are calculated for the calendar month and are payable monthly in advance.

Late collections (i.e. after 1:00 pm or after 6:00 pm) will be charged at the rate of £10 per 10 minute period.

There is no charge for bank holidays.

Fees do not include nappies or formula feed, which are to be supplied by parents.

We require a Registration Fee of £45 which is non-refundable. Places booked more than three months in advance require a non-refundable £100 deposit. This will then be deducted off your child's fees.

Should you wish to reduce your child's sessions you may only do so after completing the first month of the sessions originally booked when registered.

To reduce or increase sessions one month's written notice is required.
